The challenge

What needed solving.

A solar equipment business that sells through branches wanted an online store where customers can browse by category, size a system and order or chat with sales.

The prototype is being built ahead of a handoff to a developer, so it needs to be clear enough to build from.

What I built

The parts that matter.

A store customers recognise

Categories for panels, batteries, inverters, appliances, lighting and more, with a search bar and brand shortcuts.

A guided solar finder

A short set of questions about the property and appliances recommends the right system size.

Product pages that sell

Price, stock status, buy now and add to cart, with clear next steps.

Trust built in

About, FAQ, return policy and WhatsApp contact are always one click away.

Built for phones

Search, categories and the solar finder work on a phone, where most customers will arrive.

Decisions behind it

Checkout stays guest only, with no customer accounts, to keep buying simple for a first online store.

The screens

Take a closer look.

This is a prototype in progress, and it is not live yet. Some products shown in the prototype are placeholders. Select any image to enlarge it.
