Visitors to a counselling site arrive hurting and unsure. A psychotherapist launching an online service needed a site that lowers pressure on every page while still making the next step obvious.
The practice also needed to cover very different needs, from individual and couples counselling to courses, a free guide and supervision for other counsellors.
